Kayaking, Thunder Box Build, Georgian Bay

Civic duty calls. Time to build a thunder box on a Georgian Bay island frequented by KW-backcountry. The materials are purchased. The box should be built by the weekend. Outstanding? Getting it to an island north of Parry Sound this weekend.
Therein lies the problem. Even disassembled it is bulkier than one kayak could hope to carry. Could a tandem do the job you ask? Perhaps, but therein lies the second problem. A tandem takes two to paddle. Either way, it ain't gettin done without some help.
Hey, create a meetup! Why didn't I think of that?
Itinerary:
Friday: After work (or early Saturday morning) head north past Parry Sound. If Friday, spend the night at a provincial park in the vicinity, Oastler or Killbear.
Saturday: Early morning, pick the harbor of your choice, Snug or Dillon, load up building and camping gear, and head for an island. You'll notice the exact island isn't mentioned yet because A) This needs to be determined. Is there sufficient soil to dig the base? B) Telling the world wide web where it is invites the whole wide world to grab the site before we do next time we need it.
Sunday:
Test drive, too much information. Back to the harbor by 4:00 pm to commence 5 hour drive to KW.
Please specify your preferred day of departure if/when signing up.
Difficulty / Job Descriptions :
So you want to be a tug boat when you grow up? I know of an old kayak dreaming of becoming a barge in retirement. We've pulled solo boats behind tandems before, loaded solos to be precise.
This is manual labor. At least two to three persons need the physical wherewithal to get-r-done.
That's not to say cheerleaders aren't welcome. The more the merrier, rah rah!
That's not to say artists aren't welcome. Glue on some sea shells, paint a smiley sun or merry moon. Sew up some drapery for a little privacy. How about a flag to raise when in use?
That's not to say folks who can't make the third annual Minks and McCoys next weekend aren't welcome.
Whatever your talent or circumstance, you'll need to think fast. Its this very weekend.
Cost:
Friday night camping ($43 / n ) + shared gas ( $100 / n) + potential shared tandem rental ($90 / 2) + two days parking ($10 / n) where n = number of kayakers if n = 2, then 243 / 2 = $122
The absolute cheapest would be two persons leaving Saturday in an efficient car, sharing gas and using their own kayaks, in which case the questimate is $40 (gas) + $5 (parking) = $45
Plan B:
If it doesn't get done this weekend, there is always the larger group next weekend. Disassemble, number all the boards, and delegate. What an excellent way to keep track. Can't remember your position during role call? Look at your board, how hard can it be.
Plan C:
Or, let this weekend's be the prototype. You've heard of meetup 'jump shots'? We'll add 'dump pots' to our repertoire! 'Johnny' Appleseed (http://www.npr.org/2012/10/20/162862456/the-strangely-true-tale-of-johnny-appleseed) or what?
