Kayaking to Franklin Island

I'm off to Georgian Bay for a relaxing weekend paddling around Franklin Island. Who wants to join me? .

We will meet at 9am, get our parking permits and be on the water before 10am. From there we will take a leisurely paddle to the island, find a spot to set up camp and enjoy the rest of the long weekend.

Anyone coming on this trip is expected to be responsible for their own safety, and to bring their own food and gear (unless you make arrangements ahead of time).

How to find us: Blue SUV with white roof... the kayaks might give us away too ;)
