More Northern Adventures - August, 2023

This trip is a 4-day, 3-night sea-kayak paddle on Georgian Bay. Day 1, Aug 9, is a four-hour paddle out of Killarney PP to some crown land island where we’ll base-camp until returning to our cars on day 4, Aug 12. This trip is suitable for paddlers with some sea-kayaking experience, the group size being somewhere around 8 paddlers.

Trip details and a spreadsheet will be sent by email. No pets on this trip, thanks. There's no charge for camping on crown land, so trip costs will be low - gas and food - and if you're renting a kayak, we're working with Killarney Outfitters.

Upon posting this trip, I tell the Meetup software the trip is full, so your RSVP puts you on the Waitlist and indicates your agreement with the terms of the Co-Participant Understanding. I'll contact you to discuss your experience level and related info, and then I change your RSVP status to ‘Going’.

There's always someone to lend a hand on KWBT Meetup trips, but you are responsible for your own transportation, food, gear, and personal safety. You can contact me with any questions through this Meetup app.
